Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Scranton, South Carolina. We seek a dedicated Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living and functional skills. This role supports rehabilitation, restorative care, and discharge planning in a long-term care setting. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active SC Occupational Therapy License required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or post-acute setting is required by the client. Prior experience with restorative nursing programs, ADL training, and durable medical equipment (DME) recommendations preferred. Proficiency in documentation using electronic medical records is preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
