Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Crystal River, Florida. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Florida Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is required. Experience providing OT services to geriatric populations preferred. Documentation skills in electronic medical records required. Specific EMR experience preferred but not required. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Pattern: M-F with one weekend rotation per month. Shift Name: Other. Assignment Length: 13 week assignment.
