AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Santa Maria, California. Occupational Therapist ~ Discipline: Therapy ~ Start Date ASAP ~ Shift: 8 hours, days ~ Employment Type: Travel Occupational Therapist - Home Health - (OT - HH) Available Shifts: 8 D Unit Notes - Unit: PT, OT, Speech - Marian & Arroyo Grande (home based care) - Certs: Speech - do they prefer/require CCC-SLP and/or CCC-A credential? EMR: Cerner - Rehab Aides/OTA/PTA: yes - usually will be perm staff though - Weekend Requirement: every 3rd weekend - Holidays: minor holidays, major only if needed - Shifts: flexible, majority of work hours are M-F 8am-5pm - Floor specific orientation: 1.5-2 weeks - PT/OT - ortho, strokes, ortho, joints, spinal injuries speech - anything - Must also have one year experience working PT/OT/Sp, home setting experience is preferred but not required.
