Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Oncology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy drugs to oncology patients. Provide care and management for patients with hematology and non-oncology infusions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including social services, pharmacy, and radiology. Monitor and manage side effects or complications from treatment. Educate and support patients and their families regarding treatment processes. Utilize Epic charting system for accurate patient documentation. Qualifications Current BLS and Chemo certification required (ONS/ONCC). Preferred OCN certification. Experience in infusion center and outpatient oncology; inpatient considered. Skills in IM/subcutaneous injections and therapeutic phlebotomy. Proficiency in managing ports, central lines, and infusion pumps. Ability to recognize and address acute tumor lysis syndrome and other emergencies.
