Job Description & Requirements Specialty Physical Therapist Discipline Therapy Start Date 06/02/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Travel - Physical Therapist (Outpatient) Location Astoria, OR Specialty : Physical Therapist Contract Length : 13 Weeks Schedule : 40hr/Week, Days, 4x10 Start Date : 6/2/26 Travel Package : $3,069/Week 60; Position Description 60; The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patient evaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient and physician’s orders when applicable. 60; Minimum Requirements 60; Minimum 1 Year PT experience Must have a valid state license or valid temporary permit as a Physical Therapist, issued by the Oregon State Physical Therapy Licensing Board.
