Details Outpatient physical therapy setting Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday, 10-hour shifts (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM) 40 hours per week No on-call requirements Epic EMR Requirements Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required Outpatient experience required Active California PT license required (license required if applicable) Current BLS certification required All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration — pending licenses and certifications are not accepted Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration Additional Information Pelvic floor and/or pediatric experience is a plus Local candidates are welcome to apply Candidates who have previously worked at this facility may not exceed two cumulative years of assignment without a 90-day break, regardless of continuity or gaps shorter than three months American Traveler Job ID #P-705874.
