ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Towson, Maryland. Job Description & Requirements Specialty Physical Therapist Discipline Therapy Start Date 06/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Physical Therapist - Acute Care Setting Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (40 hours guaranteed). Job Description Under general supervision, the Physical Therapist delivers physical therapy services through the evaluation of patient needs, goal determination, and development of treatment plans in accordance with the Maryland Physical Therapy Practice Act. The therapist treats patients using appropriate therapeutic interventions and participates in team and interdisciplinary meetings, demonstrating competency in treating multiple patient populations within the acute care setting, including at least one high-risk patient population. Responsibilities Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions based on treatment plans. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and collaborate with the healthcare team. Demonstrate proficiency in treating at least two high-risk patient populations per hour. Utilize standardized tests to support documentation. Manage an average caseload per productivity standards. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 1+ years of current Physical Therapy experience - REQUIRED BS, Masters, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy - REQUIRED Active Maryland Physical Therapist license - REQUIRED Acute care experience - HIGHLY PREFERRED Active American Heart Association BLS certification - REQUIRED COVID vaccine - DECLINATIONS NOT ACCEPTED Why ARMStaffing?
