Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in South Dennis, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty Physical Therapy Assistant Discipline Therapy Start Date 05/11/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Make a real difference as a travel PTA. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Apply today and a recruiter will follow up with the details. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Massachusetts PTA licensure required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient experience preferred; experience with therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, iontophoresis, whirlpools, hot/cold packs, paraffin, and therapeutic pool highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to implement treatment goals and assist with interventions including posture training, strengthening, balance/coordination, joint mobility, and functional skills training. Experience training patients in use of assistive devices (canes, crutches, walkers, wheelchairs) and in safe patient handling techniques preferred. Current documentation and patient education skills required. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Pattern: 5x8. Duration: 13 week assignment. Positions Available: 1.
