Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting. Conduct patient assessments to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using Epic charting system. Adapt to facility needs by floating between like units as required. Ensure high standards of care under facility policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required. Valid South Carolina or Multi State Compact Physical Therapist License required. BLS certification required. Open to first-time travelers with outpatient experience. Ability to adapt to varying patient conditions and facility needs. Strong communication and organizational skills.
