Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient physical therapy experience required, including evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation. Experience with functional treatment programs and delegation of discipline-specific therapy services. Ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and timely clinical documentation per payer and clinic guidelines. Familiarity with safe patient handling and clinic safety practices. Preferred: experience supervising students or participating in student programs. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule. Assignment Duration: 13 week assignment. Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
