Active Texas Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Outpatient clinic experience preferred. Candidates with experience in orthopedic, post‑operative, or sports-related rehabilitation are preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document per clinic and payer requirements. Experience supervising or delegating discipline-specific therapy services and working with multidisciplinary teams preferred. Maintain professional standards and licensure in good standing and complete required state continuing education. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient Duration: 13 Week assignment Schedule: 5x8 Positions Available: 1 Role: Provide evaluations, create and modify treatment plans, document in medical record, and participate in student training as assigned.
