DT-Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Ogema, Minnesota. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 06/01/2026 Duration: 52 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Physical Therapist PT. Outpatient Clinic. Location. White Earth Health Center. Ogema MN and Naytahwaush Satellite Clinic. Mahnomen MN. Job type. Full time contract. Non personal healthcare services. Base year with four option years. Schedule. 8 hours per day. 5 days per week. Clinic hours between 7:00 am and 4:30 pm. No nights. No weekends. No federal holidays. No overtime. Scope of work. Provide outpatient physical therapy services. Treat patients from infant through elderly. Average of 10 patients per day. Perform evaluations and reassessments. Develop and implement plans of care. Deliver therapy within licensed scope. Document all care in the Electronic Health Record. Coordinate with physicians and clinic staff. Follow IHS, HIPAA, AAAHC, and CMS standards. Support emergent, urgent, acute, and routine PT needs. Qualifications. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Active unrestricted PT license in any U.S. state. Current BLS certification. Eligible for clinical privileges at the facility. Ability to pass background check and Indian Child Protection requirements. Strong English communication skills. Comfortable using EHR and Microsoft applications. Willing to complete required IHS and ISSA training. Experience serving Native American or rural populations preferred. Work environment.
