Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Home health experience preferred. Experience with HCHB and OASIS preferred. Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's degree. Assignment Details Facility type: Home Health. Shift name: Days. Shift schedule: Monday through Friday, day shift. Weekly hour guarantee: 32 hours. On call/weekend requirement: No. Coverage area: Mifflin County and Juniata County; travel between patient visits reimbursed. Dress code: blue scrubs. Must hold a valid PT license.
