Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Hamilton, New Jersey. Job Description & Requirements Specialty Physical Therapist Discipline Therapy Start Date 05/11/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Hamilton, NJ at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum experience providing therapy in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience with treatment of geriatric populations, restorative nursing programs, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred. Ability to perform standard PT interventions for mobility, balance, transfers, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and ADL training.
