Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Carbondale, Pennsylvania. Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Experience with long-term care documentation, restorative programs, and mobility/transfer training preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility Shift Name: Days Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30 Shift Pattern: 5x8 Assignment Length: 13 weeks Location Highlights Carbondale, PA offers a mix of outdoor recreation and small-city amenities.
