This travel, temporary assignment starts May 11, 2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,192 to $2,302 per week, with guaranteed 35 hours per week. Shift is 08:00–16:30, five days per week. Setting: long-term care (LTC) – Nursing Home. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on mobility, strength, balance, pain management, and activities of daily living. Deliver direct PT interventions, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities as appropriate. Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate results to the interdisciplinary care team. Ensure safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance in all therapy activities; uphold patient privacy and professional standards. Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to support discharge planning and transitions of care for residents.
