Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Physical Therapist (Travel Contract) – Home Health Location: Anchorage, Alaska (Coverage: Anchorage & Eagle River) Company: Inabia Solutions & Consulting (Client: Alaskan Home Health, Inc.) Pay Rate: Up to $50.00/hour (based on experience) Schedule: 5x8 shifts | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Start Date: Flexible (must start by February 16) Position Overview Inabia Solutions & Consulting is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel home health assignment in Anchorage, Alaska. This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive in a patient-centered, independent care environment and are comfortable delivering therapy services directly in patients’ homes. You will play a critical role in improving mobility, restoring function, and enhancing quality of life for patients across the Anchorage and Eagle River communities. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality home health physical therapy services to assigned patients Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility strategies, and safety Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Required Qualifications Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (Alaska or compact eligibility preferred) Minimum 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred) Strong assessment, documentation, and patient communication skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Assignment Details & Unique Notes Patient Volume: 5–6 visits per day (average) Coverage Area: Anchorage and Eagle River Mileage Reimbursement: Provided Compensation: Up to $50/hour (adjusted based on experience) Housing: Not provided—candidates are encouraged to secure accommodations early Work Structure: Standard weekday schedule (no weekends required) Why This Opportunity Stands Out Consistent weekday schedule—strong work-life balance Manageable daily patient volume Mileage reimbursement for travel efficiency Opportunity to work in scenic Alaska with meaningful patient impact
