Physical Therapist Location: Bowling Green, KY Agency: SnapCare Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Rotating Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Opportunity: Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist Job Details: Actively participate in professional development and advocacy efforts• Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients using clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans Develop goals focused on progressing patients towards discharge within established length of stay Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to address discharge barriers including equipment trialing and patient/family training Manage individual, concurrent, and group treatment sessions based on patient care needs Complete medical record documentation including daily documentation, goal writing, functional assessments, and discharge documentation Ensure care is provided under signed physician orders and within insurance approval guidelines Participate in student supervision and education programs as assigned Maintain focus on 10 Foot Circle of Safety including safe patient handling, materials handling, and infectious disease protocols Follow all hospital guidelines for personal appearance, attendance, and punctuality Required: BLS Certification prior to first shift Required: Valid current State Physical Therapy license Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience Required: Previous Inpatient Rehab Experience Maintain professional licensure and complete state mandated continuing education requirements Facility: This healthcare organization prioritizes patient and employee safety across all business lines and levels of care.
