Key Responsibilities Conduct physical therapy assessments in facility and home settings Develop and participate in individualized care plans Deliver and document therapy interventions Provide active and passive exercises and rehabilitative treatments Perform gait training and functional ADL training Supervise Therapy Assistants and support program implementation Educate staff, participants, and caregivers on therapeutic equipment Requirements Bachelor s degree in Physical Therapy Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility
