Physical Therapist Location: Gulfport, MS Agency: Pride Health Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pride Health is hiring a Physical Therapist to support our client’s medical facility based in Gulfport, MS. This is a 2-month contract opportunity and a great way to work in a home health setting with a leading healthcare organization. Job Details: Job Name: Physical Therapist Location: Gulfport, MS 39503 Duration: 2-months Contract Payrate: $47 – $48/hr. on W2 (Pay rate is based on experience and educational qualifications) Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Job Responsibilities: Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in a home health setting. Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. Deliver therapy interventions focused on improving mobility, strength, and functional independence. Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to ensure continuity of care. Communicate with MDs regarding patient progress, treatment updates, and care needs. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, recertification, and discharge planning. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and ongoing care plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health and regulatory standards. Travel daily to patient homes within the assigned territory to provide care.
