This is a full-time permanent junior-level position, making it an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or early-career PT looking to build clinical skills within a supportive, patient-centred environment. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive physical therapy services across a diverse patient caseload, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualised, goal-directed physical therapy treatment plans Deliver evidence-based PT interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional mobility training Administer physical agents such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and moist heat/cold therapy as clinically indicated Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans in response to clinical findings and patient goals Evaluate and recommend assistive devices, adaptive equipment, and home exercise programmes Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and payer requirements Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the broader care team to coordinate patient care and support discharge planning Participate in quality improvement initiatives, continuing education, and departmental development activities Direct and supervise PTAs and rehab aides as assigned Requirements Must-Have Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programme Active New Mexico Physical Therapist licence or eligibility for NM licensure prior to start BLS (Basic Life Support) certification current Preferred / Nice-to-Have Clinical placement or internship experience in an outpatient, acute care, or rehabilitation setting Master's degree or DPT advantageous but not required Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centred, evidence-based approach to care EMR documentation experience Compensation Base salary: $71,200 $92,000 per annum placement within range based on experience Selection Process Stage 1: Submit resume and candidate profile to Ambition 24 Hours Stage 2: Recruiter screening Stage 3: Interview with hiring team Our client is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
