Assignment Details: Shift: Day Shift Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Days: Flexible (Sunday through Saturday coverage) Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours/week Contract Duration: 13 weeks Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Active Massachusetts PT License BLS certification (AHA preferred) Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred Why Join Us?
