Physical Therapist Location: Pensacola, FL Agency: Pride Health Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pride Health is hiring a Travel Physical Therapist to support our client’s home health services in Pensacola, FL (32504). This is a 3+ month contract assignment and a great opportunity to work with a leading healthcare organization while gaining valuable home health experience. Job Summary: The Travel Physical Therapist will provide high-quality, in-home patient care focused on rehabilitation, mobility improvement, and restoring functional independence, while maintaining strong documentation and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes Complete a minimum of 6 patient visits (points) per day Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs Document patient progress using OASIS and maintain accurate records Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and recovery goals Travel daily to patient homes within the Pensacola to Destin coverage area Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards Required Qualifications: Associate’s Degree or higher in Physical Therapy Active Physical Therapist license (Florida preferred) OASIS proficiency required Home health experience preferred Strong clinical, documentation, and time management skills Ability to work independently in a field-based setting Additional Information: Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Location: Pensacola, FL 32504 (coverage: Gulf Breeze to Destin area) Duration: 3+ Month Contract Travel: Daily travel to patient homes required Dress Code: Royal blue scrubs or business casual (dockers with polo) Pride-Health offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
