Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Rockmart, Georgia. Physical Therapist ~ Discipline: Therapy ~ Shift: 8 hours ~ Employment Type: Travel Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join a hospital-affiliated outpatient therapy clinic in Rockmart, GA as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Georgia physical therapy license required to start the assignment. Experience treating general orthopedics, debility, stroke/CVA, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, and fractures preferred. Experience with EPIC EMR preferred. Facility type: Outpatient hospital-affiliated therapy clinic. Shift name: Days. Shift pattern typically 5x8 or 4x10, clinic-determined consistent day off. Weekend rotation: None. Holiday expectations: None. 3 therapists, 1 lead therapist, 1 office coordinator, and 2 rehab aides on site. Rockmart offers easy access to outdoor recreation and small-town amenities. The city sits near the Silver Comet Trail, a 61.5-mile paved rail-trail that connects to urban hubs and provides running and cycling options within minutes. Downtown Rockmart features local shops and dining within walking distance of community parks and historic sites, providing a suburban, small-town lifestyle with a short commute to nearby Carrollton and Cedartown. For broader outdoor options, Red Top Mountain State Park is approximately 35 miles southeast on Lake Allatoona, offering boating and hiking, and Atlanta is about 45 miles northeast for urban cultural attractions, major transit connections, and sporting events.
