Active Montana physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience with restorative programs, wheelchair seating and positioning, transfers, and gait training preferred.
