Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Framingham, Massachusetts. Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care settings preferred. Current experience with documentation systems commonly used in SNFs preferred. Ability to provide physical therapy services for geriatric populations, including fall prevention, balance training, and ADL retraining preferred.
