Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Ability to document care in electronic medical record systems required. Experience with common SNF EMRs preferred. Must be able to manage caseloads that include geriatric populations and post-acute rehabilitation. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days . Shift Pattern: 5x8. Meal Break: 30 minutes.
