Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Effort, Pennsylvania. Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings required. Current resume required for consideration. Preferred: prior travel therapy experience and familiarity with documentation systems used in long-term care (preferred). Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Assignment Length: 13 weeks. Start: June (start month provided).
