Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Haverhill, Massachusetts. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility required. Experience with rehabilitative equipment and documentation in long-term care or SNF settings preferred. Client requires ability to manage a caseload typical of a skilled nursing facility environment. This is a required competency. Current CPR certification preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days . Schedule Pattern: 5x8. Contract Length: 13 weeks.
