Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Cary, North Carolina. Apply now and a recruiter will connect with you with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active North Carolina physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred. This includes familiarity with restorative programs, documentation for long-term care, and skilled nursing interdisciplinary team collaboration. Experience with common SNF equipment and procedures preferred, including walkers, Hoyer lifts, stand-assist devices, therapeutic modalities, and gait training. Current CPR certification preferred.
