Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred. Client requires experience with 5x8 day schedules and documentation in EHR systems preferred.
