Location: 1 Pearl Street, Suite 1700, Brockton, MA, 02301 Clinic Hours: Weekdays, 8:00am - 7:00pm Duration: 13 to 26 weeks Guarantee: 40 hours per week Productivity: 55-63 patients per week Schedule: Open to 4x10 hour shifts; must be open to 2 evenings per week (until 7:00pm) Cancel Notice: 30 days EMR System: Raintree Experience Requirements: Must have at least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings.
