Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Aberdeen, WA Agency: Pride Health Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pride Health is hiring a Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support our client’s home health services in Aberdeen, WA (98520). This is a 3+ month contract opportunity with a 40-hour weekly guarantee and immediate start. Job Summary: The PTA will provide in-home therapy services, supporting patient recovery and mobility through follow-up visits and structured treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Key Responsibilities: Perform follow-up (subsequent) patient visits in home health setting Assist in executing individualized treatment plans Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility programs Track progress and communicate updates to supervising PT Complete accurate and timely documentation Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and safety Travel to patient homes within a 50-mile radius Required Qualifications: Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license Home health or relevant clinical experience Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Strong communication and time management skills Preferred: HCHB EMR experience Additional Information: Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Location: Aberdeen, WA 98520 (50-mile coverage area) Duration: 3+ Month Contract Pay: $40 – $41/hr (based on experience) Hours: 40 hours/week guaranteed Travel: Field-based role | Mileage reimbursed between visits On-Call/Weekend: None Dress Code: Business casual Pride-Health offers eligible employee’s comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
