The PTA will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care, helping residents improve mobility, strength, and independence. Responsibilities: Carry out treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility improvement Monitor patient progress and report findings to the supervising therapist Maintain accurate and timely documentation Educate patients and families on therapy goals and techniques Ensure a safe and supportive treatment environment Requirements: Active PTA license in the state of New Jersey Previous long-term care experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to providing patient-centered care Why Join Us?
