Physical Therapy Assistant Location: North Adams, MA Agency: Bluebix Health Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. The SLP will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans and improve patients’ quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapy to improve communication and cognitive skills Assess and treat dysphagia (swallowing disorders) Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and progress Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Requirements Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure or certification (as required) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and treatment techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
