Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Petersburg, West Virginia. Physical Therapy Assistant ~ Discipline: Therapy ~ Shift: 8 hours ~ Employment Type: Travel Make a real difference as a travel PTA. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Current, active West Virginia PTA license required for the assignment. Experience in home health care required. Must be comfortable providing care in patients' homes and traveling between patient visits. Facility type: Home Health. Shift name: Days. Shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30 (days). Grant, Hardy, and Pendleton Counties, WV. Travel between patient homes required. On-call/weekend requirement: No routine on-call or weekend requirement. Petersburg, WV provides convenient access to outdoor recreation and regional attractions. Petersburg is located near the South Branch Potomac River and within driving distance to the Canaan Valley area for skiing and winter recreation, making it a fit for clinicians who prefer a rural and outdoors-oriented lifestyle. The region supports a commuter lifestyle with state routes connecting to larger towns and nearby state parks for weekend adventure and nature activities.
