Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Provide radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by a physician. Maintain detailed records of patient treatment plans and progress. Operate and manage radiation therapy equipment safely and accurately. Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and patients. Assist in the design and implementation of patient-specific treatment plans. Ensure compliance with regulatory and facility standards during treatment. Qualifications ARRT T certification and active LA State License required; ARRT R preferred. Current BLS certification. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist. Experience with various radiation therapy techniques and equipment, including Varian True Beam and Varian Trilogy. Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols. Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
