Jackson HealthPros is excited to add an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist to our team where you’ll be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. Minimum Requirements: Completion of an AMA-approved School of Radiology Technology or graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology. Current ARRT registration and state licensure where applicable. BLS certification. One year of radiologic technologist experience preferred. This position may consider candidates with equivalent clinical experience performing general radiographic exams. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to radiologic exams and demonstrated ability to position patients and produce diagnostic images according to quality standards. Experience operating digital radiography systems and Image Archival/PACS systems. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients and clinical staff and to maintain patient confidentiality. Willingness to provide education and orientation to students and new technologists, as required. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 06:30 - 15:00. No weekend coverage required. No holiday coverage required. Responsibilities include operating x-ray equipment, assisting with fluoroscopic and special procedures, processing and matching images for interpretation, charging procedures per protocol, and monitoring unread studies.
