Assess patient conditions, perform life-saving interventions, and manage trauma cases efficiently. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary, maintaining accurate documentation. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
