Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - Pediatrics to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Provide respiratory care services to pediatric patients in a Children's Hospital, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Utilize specialized equipment to administer respiratory therapy treatments. Assess patient responses to treatments and modify care plans as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. Comply with trauma center protocols and participate in emergency response activities as required. Qualifications Current TN license and RRT certification required; CRT not accepted. Minimum of two years of pediatric respiratory therapy experience. Previous travel experience highly preferred. Driver's license must be included with application. Experience in a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
