We offer long-term career support and a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive salary - $97,032 - $122,616 per annum (approximate conversion) Sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 (depending on experience) Full suite of benefits and retirement plan Licence and certification reimbursement Referral bonus programme Comprehensive health insurance - medical, dental, vision Consistent and reliable weekly pay Education and credentialing support - CEUs and renewal assistance Key Responsibilities As a Respiratory Therapist, your duties will include: Providing high-quality respiratory care to patients of all ages Managing ventilators, administering aerosol therapy, airway care, oxygen therapy, and conducting diagnostic testing Responding to rapid response calls and supporting critical care interventions Evaluating and documenting patient progress and treatment effectiveness Collaborating effectively with healthcare providers, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams Demonstrating clinical expertise while working independently during night shifts Supporting rotating weekend and holiday coverage Schedule Details Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 6:45 AM 13 shifts per month Monday to Friday night schedule Alternating weekends and holidays Full time: 36 hours per week Qualifications Active New York State Respiratory Therapy Licence Credentialed Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Graduate of an approved Respiratory Therapy programme Current BLS/CPR certification NRP and ACLS certification strongly recommended Strong clinical judgement and ability to function independently overnight Why Work in White Plains, NY?
