Assess, document, and monitor patient conditions with clear progress notes. Adhere to regulatory, safety, and quality standards in all procedures. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and execute patient care plans. Utilize evidence-based protocols to deliver high-quality respiratory interventions. Document and report performance metrics to support transparency and accountability. Manage and optimize treatment pipelines to identify opportunities for patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, devices, and self-care. Demonstrate a growth mindset by pursuing ongoing professional development. Participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly to urgent respiratory needs. Maintain accurate scheduling and travel logistics to maximize on-site coverage. Experience/Qualifications Currently licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with active registration. Travel-ready; valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently. Competent in on-site respiratory care across varied settings with documentation. Proficient in regulatory, safety, and quality standards for respiratory care. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans. Experience with evidence-based protocols and standardized treatment pipelines. Strong documentation skills; precise progress notes and performance metrics. On-call availability and rapid response to urgent respiratory needs.
