Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Respiratory Therapist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 05/18/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel 12 HR Day Shift Description: must live 100 miles away Drager vents & Cerner experience REQUIRED NICU and Adult Care experience required DO NOT SUBMIT WITHOUT license required 2 years' experience required BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required No longer accepting CRT - must be RRT. "The Respiratory Therapist administers respiratory care by prescription of the physician. Responsibilities include the diagnostic evaluation (not limited to Obtaining and analyzing physiological specimens, interpreting physiologic data, performing tests and studies of the cardiopulmonary system), management, education, and rehabilitation and care of the patients with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system. The practice includes the application of technology and the use of treatment protocols across all care sites, including but not limited to the application and monitoring of medical gases and environmental control systems, mechanical ventilatory support, artificial airway care, bronchopulmonary hygiene, pharmacological agents related to respiratory care procedures, cardiopulmonary rehab, hemodynamic cardiovascular support."
