Pay Rate: Up to $70/hr. combined (taxable hourly + tax-free allowances for travel, housing, meals). Rates may vary and are subject to change. Med Surg / Surgery RN Shifts: 12hr, 19:00-07:30 Job Summary: Provides nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Key Responsibilities: Pre-operative: Prepare patients and answer questions. Intra-operative: Assist surgeons, pass instruments, monitor patient. Post-operative: Manage recovery, monitor for complications, educate patients. Maintain a safe and efficient OR environment. Requirements: RN license in state of assignment. Minimum 3-year(s) exp. BLS, PALS, and ACLS required. Experience in medical-surgical units preferred. Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills. Work Environment & Demands: Will work every other weekend Hospital settings (Med-Surg units, post-op recovery, step-down). Physical demands include standing, lifting patients/equipment, and stress management.
