This role involves working directly with students, educators, and families to promote positive educational outcomes and address diverse learning and behavioral needs. The position requires travel to various schools within the region, allowing for a dynamic and engaging work environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' academic, social, and emotional needs. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies. Provide counseling and support to students facing behavioral or emotional challenges. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive student support. Assist in crisis intervention and provide guidance on mental health and wellness initiatives within schools. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance standards. Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field. Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist. Experience conducting assessments and developing IEPs in a K-12 setting. Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to special education. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability and willingness to travel between school locations.
