Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Trenton, Tennessee. Job Description & Requirements Specialty Physical Therapy Assistant Discipline Therapy Start Date 05/25/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Apply and a recruiter will follow up with details. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Tennessee PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification required from AHA or ARC. Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred. Experience with restorative programs, ADL training, transfers and gait training preferred. Ability to follow established care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Schedule: 5 days per week.
