LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Marysville, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty Physical Therapist Discipline Therapy Start Date 05/25/2026 Duration: 23 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Role Overview Provide critical care to pediatric cardiac ICU patients (0–18 years) , including post-surgical and complex cardiac cases. Work with advanced life-support technologies and a multidisciplinary ICU team. 60; Patient Population & Cases Congenital heart defects (pre/post-surgery) Transplant patients (pre & post) Cath lab recovery cases High-acuity cases using: ECMO Impella Ventricular Assist Devices (VAD) Dialysis / Aquadex Patient Ratios 1:1, 1:2, or 2:1 (based on acuity) Requirements 2+ years Pediatric Cardiac ICU (CVICU) experience First-time travelers accepted Certifications Required: BLS PALS NIHSS EPIC EMR experience required Experience with: Open heart post-op care ECMO, Impella, CRRT/Aquadex Floating Required to float to PICU NICU General Pediatrics Scheduling & Policies Weekend rotation Every other weekend Holidays ~75% required (every other holiday) Call: Based on unit needs Schedule cycle: 6 weeks RTO: Requires manager approval Radius rule: Must live 50+ miles away Support & Equipment Full ICU support: RT, intensivists, cardiologists (24/7) Equipment: EPIC, Alaris pumps, Omnicell, Phillips monitors Strong team culture: teamwork, trust, accountability 41 (3691) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
