Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a travel job in West Liberty, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements Specialty Occupational Therapist Discipline Therapy Start Date 05/25/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living and instrumental activities of daily living in a skilled nursing facility setting. This position offers the opportunity to practice clinically while experiencing a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Ohio Occupational Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred. Demonstrated experience with ADL/IADL training, wheelchair assessment and positioning, and therapeutic activity planning preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
