Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Livingston, Montana. Active Montana PTA license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred. Experience with restorative nursing programs, transfers, gait training, and use of common assistive devices is preferred. Ability to follow care plans established by a supervising Physical Therapist and document progress in electronic medical records. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
