Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Myrtle Point, Oregon. Job Description & Requirements Specialty Physical Therapy Assistant Discipline Therapy Start Date 05/18/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant in Myrtle Point, OR. You will work with patients recovering from injury or illness in a skilled nursing facility, helping them move better, feel better, and maintain function under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Active Oregon PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred. Demonstrated ability to assist with ambulation, transfers, therapeutic exercise, and basic modalities preferred. Ability to follow treatment plans established by a supervising Physical Therapist.
